Your Hosts
The daughter of a restaurateur, Ludyvine grew up behind her parents' bar in Normandy before embarking on a career in aesthetics within the SPA of large establishments such as La Réserve in Geneva or the Royal in Evian. The passion for hospitality and the service profession allows him every day to meet the challenge of welcoming restaurant guests as well as hotel guests as at home: with a smile and the dynamism of Happiness.
A graduate of the Nice hotel high school, Cyril began his career in the USA before returning to France to discover Parisian Palaces such as the Meurice. Passionate about wines, in 2002 he took up the challenge of sommelier at the Hotel des Bergues in Geneva, then at the Mandarin Oriental in Geneva where he took charge of RasoÏ from 2008 to 2012. Passion for products, wine and desire to return to more ""natural"" values that resemble him, pushes him to return to the kitchen to share with you my passion for this profession and the love of real products.

The cave
Pleasure wines to share at Le Bonheur or at home. The cellar is open every day with a simple phone call... see you soon!
Behind our wines; men, women, a single passion : to bring you Happiness. When I started in sommellerie a quote from Jean Orizet was posted on the wall of the cellar:
""To make a great wine, you need a madman to cultivate the vine, a wise man to regulate it, a lucid artist to make the wine and a lover to drink it."" I am content to be a lover and a enthusiast who likes to share and discover the work of our wonderful winegrowers.
Creating a cellar means selecting wines that touch us, speak to us, give us pleasure and that make us want to introduce them to you. Of course, there are hundreds of extraordinary winegrowers around the world, we have selected a few to date and through our tastings and meetings, we will continue to introduce you to new ones at Le Bonheur.
